About Me
I'm a certified national tour guide in Albania, fluent in English
at a native level, working as a freelancer. I never planned on
becoming a tour guide. Born in the northern capital of Albania,
the city of Shkodra, my whole teen years were spent searching for
the things I loved to do and that would open doors in the future.
So, different from other kids, I chose a professional school to
learn life skills, and that’s where I became a cook (was very
skilled, not gonna lie).
But as the years passed and with an adventurous spirit burning
inside me, I couldn’t spend my life inside a restaurant kitchen
surrounded by four walls. So I moved to the UK, trying to find a
different way of living and different people.
Living in Glasgow and being a curious lad, I started loving to
explore the Scottish Highlands—seeing deer for the first time, or
types of cows and bulls I had never seen before. That’s where my
love for nature was born. From that, I started working in a
botanic shop and with the years passing the curiosity grew more.
